We are a Cape region coalition formed to connect the nonprofit, faith, civic, business, and social service aspects of our area so that we can communicate and coordinate resources effectively through this pandemic. By bringing these groups together, we have a better chance of keeping our community healthy and whole - in body, mind, and spirit - during the pandemic and in the days to come.
