We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community that enables women to achieve stable employment, improve their skills, and ultimately achieve lasting independence. Our faith-based approach emphasizes compassion and growth, and we work tirelessly to break down the systemic barriers that often prevent women of color from reaching their full potential. Through our efforts, we aim to create a more equitable and just society where all women have the opportunity to thrive. The Solution’s mission supports the following objectives: • Provide vocational education programs that will help women of color move from utilizing state programs to self-sufficiency; • Provide basic life-skills, including consumer education and instruction in budgeting, establishing credit, menu planning, fitness, and food preparation skills; • Provide opportunities for individuals to build interpersonal skills, enhancing abilities to establish positive relationships with peers and adults, decision making, and stress management; • Provide housing for the families to reside for a limited time in order to increase financial stability and implement life strategies attained through education programs; • Provide direct hire placement and staffing opportunities to individuals who have successfully completed vocational education, stress management, and; • Provide creative housing solutions for the families to permanently reside in order to increase holistic stability.
