Delcastle Technical High School
To have our 9th graders, ages 13, 14 and 15 to give back, to give of their time in volunteering to help others. Most of our 9th graders will NOT be able to find a job this summer due to their age and inexperience; consequently, they are more than willing to volunteer their time to give back to others.
