Anime Day - Aug 24

Volunteers needed to help out at Anime Day! 

Minimum age: 18 (however, we can accept children ages 11+ if with a parent or legal guardian)

Stay the whole day from 9am to 4pm or pick from the shift below (morning shift slots are now full).

Registration and parking volunteers will be working outside.

Registration - volunteers to check in anime and manga lovers before they enter the event space and hand out event badges.
- 1 – 4pm

Greeters - greet everyone as they arrive and help us track how many people are attending the event.
- 1 – 4pm

Parking Attendants

- 1 – 4pm

Video Game Room Attendant
- 1 – 4pm

We welcome volunteers to dress up! Wear a family friendly outfit which you can easily move around in. We recommend not having a lot of props while you volunteer.

Anime is an art form originating in Japan. The most famous form of anime is Dragon Ball Z! This year’s Anime Day will feature an exhibition of work by local manga artists, cosplay, anime screenings, video game room and more! Adults and children can come and learn about anime at this family-friendly event.
