Division for the Visually Impaired: Volunteer Opportunities
The Division For the Visually Impaired is looking for volunteers to help in a variety of ways. Our volunteers help assist clients as in home readers, work on agency projects, and the creation of resource materials for our visually impaired school students (printing, organizing, archiving). Volunteers also have the opportunity to work at their own pace in a relaxed environment. No experience needed and training will be provided.
We have offices in both New Castle and Sussex Counties.
Come and be a part of an organziation which has been helping the visually impaired for over 100 years. Contact Richard Huber, Volunteer Services Coordinator, in our Wilmington office at (302) 577-2083 or email Richard.Huber@state.de.us for futher information.
