RPPS Events Assistant
New Castle County’s Department of Community Services (DCS) has part-time openings for:
Rockwood Park Preservation Society Events Assistant: Assist the Rockwood Park Preservation Society (RPPS) with special events and fundraising activities; research and collaborate on new event ideas in support of Rockwood Park; take an active role in the preservation and promotion of a local historic site and its surrounding property.
You will interface and network with the general public and a wide variety of public agencies and community organizations; participate in a variety of special events and activities for all ages; collect data and analyze program success.
Please submit a resume. Interviews will be held prior to selection. DCS is dedicated to providing all students with substantive and challenging experiences.
Time Commitment: From 4-10 hours monthly.
