FREE Families In Need Thanksgiving Day Dinner and Clothes Giveaway
Faith Victory Christian Center is hosting our annual FREE Families In Need Thanksgiving Day Dinner and Clothes Giveaway on Thanksgiving (11/28/19) from 10:00am - 1:00pm at the Community Education Building (1200 N French St, Wilmington, DE 19801) for disabled veterans, disabled senior citizens, families in need, and homeless men, women, and children.
Volunteers are needed in many positions which includes servers, food line attendants, Chef's assistant, table setters, clothes distribution, ticket distributors and collectors, dining hall monitors, dining hall escorts, kitchen coordinators, food line pan runners, dessert coordinators, lobby escorts and beverage servers.
Parking is free! Volunteers may park in the building's garage. The entrance to the garage is 1201 N. Walnut Street. Volunteers may park on the street beside the building on 12th Street between Walnut and French Street. Volunteers may also park in the parking lot across the street from the building at 1215 N. French Street. THERE WILL BE PARKING MONITORS AT EVERY PARKING LOCATION.
