Citizen Corps provides opportunities for volunteers to prepare and train to help themselves and one another. Citizen Corps actively involves everyone in making communities across Delaware safer, stronger, and better prepared. The Delaware Citizen Corps promotes emergency preparedness through outreach, workshops, partnerships, and trainings to better prepare Delawareans for emergencies and disasters of all kinds.
