http://www.delaca.orgThe mission of the Delaware Alliance for Community Advancement is to empower low-and moderate-income individuals and their communities to improve their communities through education and training. Delaware Alliance for Community Advancement (DACA) provides a variety of free services to the community including free tax preparation under the VITA program and tax counseling services. We also provide financial literacy training, computer proficiency courses and counseling and assistance in filling Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) among other services.
