The HOF-DE is dedicated to successful re-entry of offenders of all backgrounds into society. Our top priority it provide appropriate transitional assistance to ex-offenders. Our goal is to ensure public safety by ensuring that all offenders in our care are properly supervised in the community. HOF-DE is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
